吴唯娜,工学博士,上海应用技术大学校聘副教授,硕士生导师。

主讲课程:气味分子化学与感官分析、科技文献检索

研究方向:新型功能芳香材料设计与构建;功能材料-生物界面互作行为及机制、天然香料香气控释与应用。
