
张云崇,上海应用技术大学校聘副研究员,硕士生导师,上海市芳香科学与美丽健康创新团队成员,香料香精化妆品杂志青年编委,具有荷兰特文特大学和东华大学双博士学位,2023年获得上海市白玉兰人才计划浦江项目(A类);近年来主持参与省部级以上研究项目4项,在ACS Sustainable Chem. Eng.,J. Control. Release,Carbohyd. Polym.,Ind. Crop. Prod.等期刊上发表论文30余篇,参与英文书籍《Macromolecular Engineering》(2nd Edition)章节编撰1本,申请国家发明专利8项;担任Chem. Eng. J.,Carbohyd. Polym.,Int. J. Biol. Macromol.等多个期刊审稿人,在奥地利VBST柔性材料联合研讨会、纳米纤维素材料国际研讨会等多个国际会议作过学术报告。
