由全国轻工业香精香料行业生产力促进中心、上海应用技术大学、上海香料研究所、上海化工研究院有限公司共同主办的2019中国国际香料香精化妆品科学技术论坛定于2019年11月21日-23日在上海市举行。本次国际会议，来自国内外的专家学者、企业代表将共聚一堂，为香料香精行业新产品研制、绿色工艺、环境影响以及其产业应用等若干个议题提供广泛的讨论平台。

大会概况：
香料香精及化妆品作为一类重要的都市工业产品，折射出一个城市的历史文化底蕴和时代气息。香料香精及化妆品与国民经济和人民生活品质及健康紧密相关，香料香精化妆品及关联行业约占我国GDP总量的1/4，现代生活更加依赖香料香精化妆品，没有香料香精化妆品就不可能有现代都市生活。
本次论坛的主题是“聚焦香料香精化妆品前沿科技，助力美丽健康产业发展”，论坛将围绕这一主题，深入贯彻落实党的十九大精神和国家关于推进供给侧改革、实现经济高质量发展的总体要求。围绕香料香精化妆品领域最新科学研究进展和行业发展面临的瓶颈问题，邀请来自美国、英国、德国、法国等相关领域国际高校及科研机构、行业和企业的知名专家和学者，在引领香料香精化妆品产业发展趋势、推进技术与产品升级以及促进产、学、研、用合作交流等诸多方面发挥着重要而独特作用。本次论坛充分体现出作为融汇全球力量、促进国际交流合作的平台的特色和优势。
因此，上海应用技术大学拟主办国际香料香精化妆品高层论坛，为香料香精化妆品技术的发展及应用提供交流平台，促进香料香精化妆品在轻工行业中的应用，对提升我国香料香精化妆品的整体技术水平和国际竞争力具有重要意义。

The international conference is a grouping of experts, scholars and business representatives both at home and abroad, which will be emerged as a platform for extensive discussion concerning new products development, green technology, environmental impacts and industrial application in the fragrance and flavor industry.

Overview of the Conference
As important urban industrial products, flavor and fragrance cosmetic products have reflected a city’s history, culture and change. Flavor and and fragrance cosmetic products are closely related to our economy and people’s living standards and along with related industries, they account for nearly one quarter in GDP. In modern life, people are more likely to rely on flavor and and fragrance cosmetic products, a symbol for modern urban life.
With the theme of “Focus on Frontier Technology of Flavor and Fragrance Cosmetics, and Deliver a Healthy Industry”, the forum will put the guiding principles from our 19th National Congress into action, including the general requirements of advancing supply-side reform and delivering high-quality economic development. Centering on the latest progress of scientific research and in the flavor and fragrance cosmetics industry and bottlenecks in the its development, we have invited international universities, research institutes, established experts and scholars from industries and enterprises concerned from different countries, like the United States, England and Germany. The forum will play a unique role in pioneering flavor and fragrance cosmetics industry, upgrading technology and products as well as boosting cooperation and exchanges in terms of production, study, research and application. Moreover, the forum fully represents its distinctive features and strength in integrating global power and pushing ahead international exchanges and cooperation.
Therefore, held by Shanghai Institute of Technology, the International Flavor and Fragrance Cosmetics High-level Forum has provided a platform of exchanges for the development and application of flavor and fragrance cosmetic technology, which can advance rapid application of flavor and fragrance cosmetics in light industry and is of great significance when comes to improving this industry’s overall technological level and competition.
