
易封萍,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,为国家林业和草原局木本香料(华东)工程技术研究中心第一届执行委员会委员。主要从事天然植物的提取分离、深加工、功能性开发及应用研究,以及香精的制备及功能化芳香疗法研究;已成功开发特色柑橘类(佛手、香橼等)、花类(玫瑰、梅花、荷花、薰衣草、桂花、白玉兰、水仙花、栀子花等)、叶类(紫苏、芳樟叶、细梗香草等)、果实(余柑、八角、桂皮、山苍子、无花果、槟榔、草果、五指毛桃等)、木类(崖柏、降真香、沉香等)等多种植物提取物在日用、食用和芳香疗法中的应用;开发了针对天然植物提取物的整理精油,去除杂气和异味、改善精油品质等的分子蒸馏技术;针对香料香精的绿色制备方法及应用研究,已成功开发多酚改性的大豆蛋白功能性芳香纳米材料-天然精油Pickering乳液和凝胶在日用、食用和医药中的应用。相关研究成果发表于Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Industrial Crops and Products、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Biology、Journal of Chromatography A、Food Bioscience、Chemistry & Biodiversity、Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces、Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture、Journal of Food Processing and Preservation、Journal of Food Science、Molecules。发表科研论文50余篇,其中SCI收录论文30余篇,EI收录2篇。申请国家发明专利60多项,授权国家发明专利30多项(其中发明人排名第一18项),已转让发明专利9项(均为发明人第一)。主编出版教材5本。曾获上海市教学成果奖特等奖、上海市教育系统三八红旗手、上海市育才奖。开设的主要课程:天然香原料学(上海市一流课程)、芳香疗法、合成香料工艺学(上海市精品课程)、萜类化学、香料香精工艺学、轻工技术与工程导论、生产实习等。
