Recent 10 years, the scale of the teaching staff developed rapidly though introduction, cultivation and retaining. The number of the faculty rose from 18 to 58. And nearly 10 faculty got the honorary title of national and Shanghai level, such as New Century Talents Project, Leading Scientists in Shanghai, Shanghai "May Day" Labor Medal, and so on. Among the full-time faculty, the number of professors, associate professors, and adjunct professors are 10, 16 and 8, which occupies about 22%, 36% and 12% of the total faculty, respectively. Besides, the percentage of the faculty with doctorate is 65%.
