Yi fengping, born in Ganzhou city, Jiangxi Province, is CPC Member, professor, and tutor of graduates. Her Ph.D was obtained from East China University of Science and Technology in 2005. Her research area focuses on flavor and fragrance. She has taken charge of 10 scientific projects. More than 20 papers were published including 6 pieces indexed by SCI and 1 piece indexed by ISTP. She gives courses: Synthesis fragrance technology, terpene chemistry.
