Zhang Yunbin, born in Weiling city, Zhejiang Province, is Professor, Advisor of graduate students. Ph.D was obtained from Korean Yeungnam University in 2003. His research area focused on natural product, agricultural products deep processing, fermentation and microorganism of food. He has been in charge of 10 scientific projects. More than 20 papers have been published. He gained the second prize of Shanghai teaching fruit, the third prize of Shanghai teaching fruit and the talent prize of Shanghai younger science innovation.
