Tian Huaixiang, born in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu Province, is member of Communist Party of China, Deputy Professor.Ph.D was obtained from Jiangnan University in 2005. Her research area focused on food flavor and food flavor analysis. She took charge of 10 scientific projects. About 20 papers were published. She gave courses: Principle of Food process, Application of Food Additives, Food flavor Chemistry.
