Feng Tao, born in Songzi city, Hubei Province, is CPC Member and Chenguang Scholar of Shanghai, Deputy Professor, Advisor of graduate students. Ph.D was obtained from Jiangnan University (major of food science and engineering) in 2007. His research area focused on additives of functional food, development and use of food resources, interaction between flavor and molecules. He has taken charge in 10 scientific projects. More than 10 papers have been published including 7 pieces indexed by SCI and 1 by EI. He gives courses: Food process Technology, Food package.
