Yu Haiyan, born in Yantai, Shangdong, is CPC member, associate professor. She got her Ph.D in Zhejiang University. Her main research area is flavor analysis of food, rapid test research for food quality. She was ever responsible to 3 projects in provincial and ministry level. 9 research articles have been published, among which 7 were indexed by SCI. Lectures she gives: Principles of Food Engineering, Sci-tech literature retrieval. Additionally she honored hundred Ph. D thesis.
