Xiao Ying, born in Shanghai city and as a teacher in SIT; Ph. D was obtained from Jiangnan University (major of food nutrition and safety) in June, 2010. His research area focused on Molecule and Application Nutrition, Food Biology Technology. He is as a member joining in National Natural Foundation and other national/province science foundation. At present, more than 10 papers including 3 indexed by SCI and 4 indexed by CSCD have been published.
