Zhou xiaoli, born in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province, is CPC Member, Professor, and Advisor of graduate. Bachelor's degree was obtained from Dalian Polytechnic University in 1982. She was Academic pacemakers of “food science and technology”, Dean of Office of Academic Affairs, Senior member of Chinese Union of Food Science and Technology, Executive member of Shanghai Society of Food Science.
Her research area focuses on new resources for food and functional food. She has taken charge in several science projects. About 40 papers have been published including 1 piece indexed by EI, 30 pieces indexed by kernel magazines. 6 natural invention patents have been applied including 4 patents authorized. 3 boos “Food Safety and Quality Control” (editor in chief) “Environmental Pollution and Food Safety” (assistant editor) and “Candy Craftworks” (assistant editor) have been published.
She was ever awarded 3 second prize of Science and Technology Progress of Shanxi education association, the second prize of new products in Chinese Light Industry and the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, “Excellent Expert” by Shanxi Government and “Excellent Teacher” by Bao Steel Education Fund. The lectures she gives: milk technology, food safety and quality control.
